William Griffith

Will Griffith joined The March Group in 2016 after graduating from California State University Channel Islands with a degree from the Martin V. Smith School of Business and Economics. His lifelong passion for business and economics shines through in his exceptional work at The March Group. He plays a key role in mapping client investment strategies, creating and presenting compelling investment proposals, and designing structured products tailored to individual client portfolios. Will prioritizes fostering strong client relationships, dedicating significant time to understanding their unique needs and goals through the firm’s proprietary “Needs-Based Analysis,” which he personally prepares and reviews with each client. This commitment extends beyond the financial aspect; he values building personal connections to ensure a collaborative and trusting partnership.

Raised in Upland, California, Will is the youngest of five siblings and currently enjoys life in Laguna Beach and Lake Tahoe, California. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Krista, and surfing whenever possible.
